Grocery bag storage

So we all are trying to do our bit for the environment, from following the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle) to upcycling in our crafts. Well, here is one way that you may find helpful.

No matter how hard we try, we still end up getting plastic bags when shopping. I am talking about bread bags, milk bags, and so on. So rather than just throwing those away, why not store them in one of my handmade bag dispensers and pull one out whenever you take your dog for a walk ? (And you know what you need those bags for!) Keep one in the kitchen, and pull one out to store those little scraps of meat/fat/bones etc and store them in the freezer until garbage day. No mess, no unpleasant smells. And the bonus is, when it is garbage day those frozen lumps will stay frozen much longer than spread throughout the bag (also helps keep rodents and other critters away from your garbage cans and bags).

So, here is my newest plastic bag holder, just listed in my shop.
