Yesterday I decided that it was time to make some of my favourite jelly, Raspberry! I still had raspberries in my freezer from last year and wanted to make room for this season's berries, so I took out the 3 large freezer bags full and defrosted them. It gave me enough juice to make 3 batches of jelly.
I do keep about one tablespoon of seeds in each batch, as I have found that it helps it set better.
